O cano é feito de fibra de carbono K300 pré-impregnada com resina epóxi, cortada com precisão por plotter e colocada manualmente em um molde de aço. O processo é concluído em uma autoclave, onde a pressão e a temperatura controladas garantem a cura perfeita e uma estrutura impecável.
Internamente, uma espuma de poliuretano de células fechadas de alta densidade preenche completamente o volume interno do cano, enquanto duas anteparas de carbono de 5 mm o vedam, proporcionando uma estrutura totalmente integrada, perfeitamente estanque, rígida e com equilíbrio ideal.

O sistema elástico apresenta bandas circulares duplas Salvimar by Primeline Ø14, montadas em um bocal com orifícios separados para disparos potentes, rápidos e precisos. Cada detalhe é projetado para oferecer máxima confiabilidade, capacidade de resposta e manuseio em qualquer situação de pesca submarina.

The barrel is made of K300 carbon fiber pre-impregnated with epoxy resin, precisely plotter-cut and hand-placed into a steel mold. The process is completed in an autoclave, where controlled pressure and temperature ensure perfect curing and a flawless structure. Inside, a high-density closed-cell polyurethane foam completely fills the internal volume of the barrel, while two 5 mm carbon bulkheads seal it, giving it a fully integrated structure that is perfectly watertight, rigid, and optimally balanced.
